Who this is for

Built for coaches in their first 1–5 years.

The first five years are the hardest. You're writing programs with no one to check them, learning the floor on the fly, and wondering how the coaches you look up to actually got where they are.

🎯
You're in your first 1–5 yearsas a strength & conditioning coach and ready to level up — whether you're a paid intern, graduate assistant, part-time, or full-time coach.
💬
You want honest feedbackon your coaching, career development, and programming — not vague encouragement.
🚀
You're hungry to advanceand tired of guessing how the next step actually happens.
🤝
You learn best with real mentorship— not another generic, self-paced course.
What you'll walk away with

Four months from now, you'll have more than knowledge.

In how you coach — plus a concrete plan to keep getting better beyond the mentorship.
Programming you can defend
Built on physiological principles and clear reasoning — not borrowed templates you can't explain.
A real career roadmap
So you know what your next move is and exactly how to earn it — no more guessing.
A mentor in your corner
And a network of driven peers growing right alongside you — coaches who will be in this field for decades.
Inside the mentorship

Four months of focused development across three pillars.

The three areas that decide an early-career coach's trajectory — and where most coaches don't get enough guidance.

01
Coaching Development
  • Sharpening your coaching eye, cueing, and feedback
  • Running efficient, high-energy weight-room sessions
  • Building athlete buy-in, trust, and culture
  • Communicating effectively with athletes and sport coaches
  • Developing presence and confidence on the floor
02
Programming & Athlete Development
  • Needs analysis and program design by sport and season
  • Periodization that holds up in the real world
  • Exercise selection and progression with clear rationale
  • Autoregulation and managing load on the fly
  • Testing, monitoring, and actually using your data
03
Career Advancement
  • Building a résumé and coaching portfolio that stand out
  • Interview prep and what hiring coordinators really look for
  • Navigating the GA-to-full-time-to-director pipeline
  • Networking and building your professional reputation
  • Tapping into a network you couldn't reach on your own
